Mid 1999 the moody Tech-House album "The Lydia E.P." by Christian Morgenstern was released and appreciated by DJs throughout the world, followed by the multimedia project "Death Before Disko". November 1999 Forte signed the super-furry 80's inspired Ural 13 Diktators from Finland and planted foundation stone for the launch of their sucessful debut album "Total Destruction". In 2001 Christian Morgenstern's highly acclaimed 80's Pop influenced album "Hawaii Blue" was released, and the Forte army was joined by the german (ex Rock, now Techno band) Codec & Flexor. Starting as an outlet mainly for Christian Morgenstern's own music, Forte Records by now has developed towards one of the freshests outlets for electronic Pop music.
