U.S. record label, established 1978, by Danny Goldberg and Paul Fishkin. The label initially signed Stevie Nicks in fall 1978, and signed distribution deal with Atlantic in June 1979 via Doug Morris.

Distributed in the U.S. via ATCO Records/Atlantic Recording Corporation.
