2018 saw a fresh restart of the label as 3 sublabels: Mental Asylum Black, Mental Asylum White and Mental Asylum Centurion Series.
In January 2019, the main label Mental Asylum Records was restarted with a compilation featuring the biggest releases from 2018 and subsequent releases continuing the cat# pattern.
