Ukrainian recording and distribution company. It started as a pirate (unofficial) cassette distribution company in the mid-1990s, also releasing them under the label Mosh Records. Originally focusing primarily on heavy metal music, it now works with a wide range of genres.

- In 1997, Moon Records began production of licensed cassettes. But despite the fact that the company started producing licensed products, it continued to produce pirated cassettes until 2002, also releasing them under the label Mosh Records.
- Since 1999 began to produce licensed compact discs.
- Since mid-2002, Moon Records has acquired the status of the official representative in Ukraine of the Мистерия Звука music company. The company's partners include Gala Records (5), Universal Music, Союз, CD Land, Монолит, Квадро-Диск, Irond, 100% Сто Процентов and other companies.
- Nowadays, activities of the company extended to the worldwide area. Moon Records already has its offices in Germany and Russia. Department of the company - firm Moon Vinyl, located in Czech Republic.
