The "6000" Series

The "6000" Series is an assortment of album released by Capitol Records of Canada between 1960 and 1987. These album did not originate with Capitol's American division (whose released in Canada shared the American catalog numbers). Most of them were either by Canadian artists or British EMI Group artists who weren't signed to Capitol in America. Some of the albums were from Capitol's sublabels Tower and Sidewalk (2). The series was created by A&R man Paul White (9).

Please note: a release must have the "6000" series branding to be included in this series, not just the catalogue number.
