Profile:

As a former subsidiary label of Windham Hill Records, it was intended to be the singer/songwriter branch of the New Age label, but also included some rock and fusion releases. The label existed from about 1990 to 1997, when it was phased out after Windham Hill was purchased by BMG Entertainment (later to merge into and become Sony Music Entertainment).
