Was the best label of Scouse House / Donk, now its a label like any other, the dont have any special since his producers and remixes are gone and others producing for other labels. A truly shame

I can only admire the machine that is All Around The World. It has been in successful existence for what must be pushing two decades by now. (No mean feat for a dance label) I, along with many others detested the phase of 80s covers and hardore re-hashes in the lame guise of trance, but it sold! it is, afterall, possible to choose what you listen to and buy, despite what any given label is doing. I believe anyone who is too quick to point out how 'crap' another's taste is, is probably the smaller minded. I have to say that recenly, AATW have started, broadening out & releasing some real gems and have brought some great tunes from smaller labels to wider public awareness. I have also discovered recently that AATW tracks are also dead handy records to use for teaching young people to DJ - they are predictable in format, easy to mix and the kids love the memorable tunes. (and for me, it's easier on the ear than the No.1 choice: 'New Monkey'!)

I wasn’t going to bother commenting on this label because of the number of comments already on this page but I feel compelled to express my opinions on this truly awful label. There are some labels whose sole aim is to make money and this is definitely one of them. They have no interest in releasing good quality music; they just want to release whatever will be commercially successful. Of late they have released many terrible house tracks such as Dancing DJ's 'Fading Like A Flower' and Inaya Day's ‘Nasty Girl’. Sure Kenny Hayes has done some good remixes but that doesn’t make up for all the rubbish being released on AATW. The fact that Flip & Fill (one of the worst commercial dance artists in my opinion and who Mixmag referred to as “The most evil men in dance”) have had so many releases on this label says it all.

I have first hand experience with this label,we(hardcore uproar)were the first artists to release thru aatw and we did'nt even get on the discography, probably because we went thru absolute mayhem and we don't want to scare those kiddies do we!Cris the owner, gave us as much help as he could, but we lost our main songwriter and the rest of us couldn't cut it!He(cris)gave us another chance but the tune stank!..he still released it though, just as a favour,i wish i had that opportunity again,i wouldn't fuck it up this time!Even though i don't personally like the music aatw release they are one of the best labels out there. If you get a deal off this lot your almost guaranteed success! i beleive these days aatw are starting to release some left of centre tunes with a bit of credibility for a more descerning market. If i knew then what i know now!

I like AATW Records. They might be releasing too many covers lately but they DO have great remixers in the house (Kenny Hayes aka Beatzworkin' aka Lockout aka Clubstar is awesome, check his remix of Toni Braxton's Hit the Freeway).
Milk inc were more successful when they were @ AATW than positiva. New releases on AATW include: Apollo - Dance and ATB - I don't wanna stop. Kelly Llorenna's new tune Fantasy is to be released as well. (Kelly Lorrenna is UK's greatest dance singer. Such a powerful voice!). Don't be envious please!

This record label is a dance label based in the North of England and to me is aimed at a more younger audience, mostly for 12 year olds.
I wouldnt say this label is complete crap (as I do like most of the tunes) but all the tunes from this label do cover versions of old hardcore tunes (such as "Heart Of Gold"). This label could start improving a little here and there.....

I wouldn't call AATW a Trance label at all, since the early 90's they have been releasing a mixture of House, Euro House, Drum 'n' Bass with a few Trance releases included, of those 'Atlanta' by 'Sunshine State' is still head and shoulders above many of todays releases.
The other side to AATW is the release of, some of the most melodic house tunes of the mid-nineties, with releases by 'Ultracynic', '2 Funky 2' and 'DJ Flavours' as well as the classic 'Set You Free' by 'N-Trance'
Whilst it may be true that a label is only as good as it's last release, and some of the more recent releases have in no way matched the kind of quality, of the previous releases. It certainly doesn't mean they should be written off as an embarrasment.

This has to be the worst label in existance.
This label has single handedly given trance a bad name and could eventually destroy trance as a whole with its poppy commercial crap that's liked by 10 year old kids, and you know they love it, AATW should be ashamed with themselves for ruining the name of trance by giving people impressions that all trance is as shit as the stuff that comes out on this label and I'm sure I am not the only one that feels this way....!!
