Profile:	This label was set up by Picci, proprietor of World Beats Records, Wolverton, Milton Keynes (1988-1993). First release was the World Beating System EP, produced by Picci and featuring The Criminal Minds (TCM). TCM at that time were mostly known within the local scene only for their 2 hip-hop releases - their latter EP sampling Picci on a track. In early 1992, Picci and The Criminal Minds would produce the hardcore classic "Baptised By Dub".
