Good music, terrible Bandcamp service. I have pre ordered from the bandcamp page twice, both times nothing arrived and paypal disputes were made with no response from anybody? I am just going to wait for the proper releases now and buy from a good seller rather than try and support the label.

Great releases, terrible business. I have been waiting months for a record ordered off their Bandcamp page. The label boss wouldn't answer my initial correspondence made through their Bandcamp, website and email, and would only contact me sporadically via messenger with elliptical promises that "they would get on that tomorrow". Eventually after getting Bandcamp support involved I got a working email, however the label boss stalled the Bandcamp investigation with info regarding his ill health. I apologised for any stress caused and wished the label boss a happy convalescence, recieving another vague timeline within which the order would be fulfilled, followed by radio silence.

I'm being put in a position where I'm sending monthly emails only to be given false hope and then nothing. I don't want to tax somebody who is in ill health, but an update as such or a refund would be much better than being put in this gross position where I feel like I'm micromanaging someone for a record.
