Seattle WA based label active during the 1960's owned by Jerry Dennon (JER-DEN) and early on also by Bonnie Guitar, both were formerly involved with Dolton Records. The label struggled financially until releasing The Kingsmen's "Louie Louie" in 1963.
The label resurfaced in the 90's issuing CD's.
