Heimelektro Ulm was founded by Bernd Karner in 1997.
The name is a "homage" to an electrical shop in Ulm.
The Heimelektro Ulm releases cover a large spectrum of styles, the music is experimental and non-experimental, it is mainly made with electronical equipment, but not in general.
