Italian label founded by Antonio Casetta in 1969.

Disbanded in December 1977, with the whole catalog being bought by Dischi Ricordi in 1978. Unfortunately, none of their releases were ever reissued by Dischi Ricordi in any form (vinyl/CD), except for Fabrizio De Andrè opera omnia, re-released occasionally through the years.

Also parent of related jazz label Pausa Records (US and Italian editions).
