Logic Records was founded in 1989 by Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti.
It was originally distributed by Logic Medien Vertrieb and BMG Ariola München.
In 1996 the entire company was sold to BMG, which in turn became a part of BMG Berlin Musik GmbH.
Copyright info often pertains to Logic Records GmbH, and thus, should only be credited to that company in such cases. Related to Logic Media Distribution distributer in 1990s.

Logic Records (US) closed their doors after a decade long run of putting out dance hit after dance hit. They closed their doors on Friday, May 9th, 2003.
