Born in Wakayama (in Japan), this individual started their career as a dancer. They studied under Sound Cream Steppers, the top dancers of UK Jazz Dance in Japan, and worked mainly in Tokyo. In 2000, they traveled to England to further their dance training and became enamored with the popular UK Jazz Dance events "Hi-Hat" and "Messin' Around," where they danced joyfully to fast jazz and were deeply moved by Tania Maria's emotional live performance. They then planned UK Jazz Dance events centered around fast jazz in Japan, and worked as a DJ at various venues in Tokyo. In 2003, they stayed in the UK for four months and built connections through various activities. Upon returning home, they chose to become a monk after much contemplation. After a year of training, they caught a glimpse of the truth and resumed their activities mainly in Tokyo. In December 2005, they became the first Japanese guest performer at the UK dance sessions "Shiftless Shuffle" and "Out of Lunch." In 2007, they collaborated with the legendary UK Jazz Dance DJ Paul Murphy, and in 2008, they participated in Fuji Rock 2008.
