Pyramid Covers

As with all my lists, this is a perpetual work in progress.

Some covers are more obvious than others.
I'm primarily focusing on front and back covers (not posters, inserts or inner sleeves), unless there is no cover; then labels will be considered as well. I try to avoid triangles unless the word "pyramid" is on the cover or some other factor demonstrating that the triangle was intended to be a pyramid. Prisms or depictions of prisms (like Pink Floyd's The Dark Side Of The Moon) don't count because they are not pyramids.
