Behexen – The Poisonous Path

The level of this edition is pleasantly impressive and leads to a state of delight. There is the harmony here when a piece of music, its artistic design and factory production are made to the maximum characteristics. You hold this vinyl in your hands and the feeling of belonging / involving becomes more pronounced. Materialization and reification of musical matter is quite a responsible process, with which the band and the label coped just fine.

Both vinyls sound right - powerful, deep, detailed. The album lasts almost an hour, immersion in the demonic ether and absorption of the blasphemic energy of Behexen ritual hymns takes place in one breath. And it seems to me that it is the vinyl edition of such an album that contributes to the greatest attention to the essence. This is not background music and not idle entertainment.
