I have to be honest with this pressing, I think is the worst pressing from my collection, with weak base ,sounds like a cd.All the tracks are really good, love Thievery Corporation.

33 1/3 over 4 discs! cut very hot, huge dynamic range. Sounds STUNNING, reference quality. Well balanced, airy, uber bass and soaring highs which are not shrill

            Turntable used for this review:
            Rega P3:RB880 tonearm,Shure V15 mk iii VN-35HE SAS/B tip(tfw 1.4g),Delrin Platter, Rega Neo,(x4)Isoacoustic Orea bronze feet.
Phono Stage Whest Audio TWO.2 class a dual mono fully balanced phono stage,(x3)isoacoustics orea graphite feet,43db/47k ohms,mm setting.

Purchased via am**on for £20.48 a couple of years ago not the best pressing I currently own,a bit ruff in some places physically around the edges etc. The mastering is not "audiophile" but probably wasn`t on the OG`s as this is dance/club LP but - for the money it IS well worth the purchase price.
After hearing Thievery Corporation via cd & vinyl record/s they to really come alive via vinyl by quite a distance, even on my not perfect copy from 2014 one can easily appreciate their strong club origins.
            Conclusion:
If you can`t or won`t pay the high price for an OG copy then this 2014 on vinyl should comfortably fill that spot, recommended 4.5 stars.

Pressed at United, so it has some issues. Pock marks, sleeve scuffs, minor edge warps, and inconsistent trimming of the record. My copy plays well and sounds pretty good, so that is all that matters I suppose

I have 2 copies of side A/B and no copies of C/D
Will trade and cover shipping costs: my A/B for your C/D

I wasn’t entirely happy with the sound of this reissue and so I tracked down a mint/mint copy of the original and the difference was truly phenomenal. It leaps right out at you. I suspect because the original plays at 33rpm but is only one or two tracks a side (it was intended primarily for DJs) and so there is loads of room for detail in the groove. The whole soundstage is wonderful. I suggest you skip this crappy reissue and fork out for the original. It’s pricey and a bit of a hassle to get up and flip every 10 minutes, but really worth it if you love this album.

I have 2 clean copies of Side A&B and missing side C&D if anyone is in the reverse predicament and would like to trade.

Nice copy...sounds good, low noise floor and flat...one of my favs....better than the CD.

Seems like they released a new version with fixed track listings. Unfortunately, the artwork was the only thing they changed. Still the same crappy United pressing quality. Mine did not have any noticeable warps, like others reported, but had plastic threads sticking to record 1, and side C is off center (both labels and vinyl). Record 1 also has some kind of dots that look like someone was poking it with something pointy, mostly in the runout, but also in the last track. It's kind of surprising it still sounds fine.
My rating is for the music, not the vinyl quality...
