Incredible that there’s no sales history or any for sale when there’s currently 77 for sale of the normal non-textured uk pressing. How many of these were made I wonder?

My copy doesn't has too much noise, neither pops, lucky me. I would recommend to store the vinyls in a plastic polylined inner sleeve, the thick inner sleeves all the PF records have are awesome but they do damage the LP in the long run.

A Momentary Lapse of Reason by David Gilmour formerly of Pink Floyd. I think I was deceived by the Pink Floyd label, especially after reading of Gilmour's admission that Mason and Wright are barely on it. "Learning to Fly" is a decent song, but if not for the weight of the Pink Floyd name attached to it, I may not have bothered listening to the album and taking it seriously i.e "Hey, but this is Pink Floyd, if I don't like it on the first listen, maybe its worth a few more".

One could argue that The Final Cut was a Waters solo album or even The Wall, but at least Gilmour played and sang on those albums.

Pink Floyd's most under rated Album. AMLOR does include the brilliant learning to fly. As well as Sorry

Just received this yesterday - anyone else have a slight "bump" sound that occurs at least half way thru the very first track? Also, some songs sound a little muddy on my humble system. By comparison, The Cars reissue of "Heartbeat City" sounds amazing - received both on the same order.

Mistakes in this Release?
Image shows Rights Society as GEMA / STEMRA and not as BIEM / GEMA. Does anybody have a BIEM / GEMA copy?
Furthermore, Runout Variant 3 B-Side, precision is written in small letters. ("P" could be a capital letter).
(My copy is Variant 2 Side-A and Variant 3 Side-B)

For my 5 pennies worth of thought: I really like this album and I saw them twice on this tour, but it's not quite Floyd for me.

Where's the Brazilian 1997 EMI CD repress? Someone could/should include it here.

I'm happy with my copy. Dynamic sound, flat pressing, surface noise still OK. One pop on side A even after clean washing.

Excellent pressing, beautiful sound, great dynamics. Grudman's team is making a great job with these remasters.

No mention in the notes about the double poster pack and concert guarantee leaflet...these were included in this release right?
