Reviews
- Edited one year agoNow 50 was released in November 2001, 2 months after 9/11.
Compact Disc 1
1. Kylie Minogue - Can't Get You Out of My Head: Great song.
2. Westlife - Uptown Girl: Great cover, though it should have been on Now 48, as it was a hit in March for Comic Relief.
3. DJ Otzi - Hey Baby: Great party track.
4. Bob the Builder - Mambo No 5: Great version with new words about building. This was also number one during 9/11, and I remember it being banned from the radio shortly afterwards.

18. Jennifer Lopez - Ain't It Funny: Great track.
19. Emma Bunton - Take My Breath Away: Not a cover of Berlin, but a great song.
20. Gabrielle - Don't Need the Sun to Shine (To Make Me Smile): Great track.
21. Lighthouse Family - (I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel to Be) Free/One: Great medley.

Stereophonics - Step On My Old Size Nines
Darude - Out of Control
O-Town - All or Nothing

Artful Dodger feat. Melanie Blatt - TwentyFourSeven
Faithless - Muhammad Ali
Travis - Side
Barthezz - On the Move
Usher - U Got It Bad
Alicia Keys - Fallin'
Shaggy - Luv Me Luv Me
Elton John - I Want Love
Train - Drops of Jupiter
Kosheen - Hide U
Radiohead - Knives Out
New Order - Crystal
Tweenies - Do the Lollipop
Missy Elliott feat. Ludacris - One Minute Man
Anastacia - Made For Lovin' You
Right Said Fred - You're My Mate
Cosmic Gate - Fire Wire
Honeyz - I Don't Know
Tall Paul vs INXS - Precious Heart - Just an update:-
Afroman - Because I Got High; isn't quite "censored", where the one or two of the profanity words are still there but you can hear them faintly... - CD 1; Track 4: Bob the Builder - Mambo No. 5; that song is an edited version. Because the album version is about 20 or 30 seconds longer. (If not mistaken)
- Sophie Ellis-Bextor's "Take Me Home" is probably a special version for this compilation. I can't find any other place this 3:13 version appears – and you can hear a really bad edit at 2:39.
- i have this and i must say it is one of my favorite compilation albums i have in my collection! too bad that nowadays music taste has changed a lot ... i miss the 90's decade and millenium releases! back then music was totally different than it is now tbh!
- What is the version of "21 Seconds" they've used? It's 2:43, and the Radio Edit on the single was 3:54, which was also used on the Promo CD. I wonder if the Now! compilers edited it down specially?
