Both of these tracks are nearly vinyl only tracks, each being on only one CD comp. The CD comp that Germination is on has cut the track down to 2:39, so Germination can only be found here on this release. Like Draeke, I liked track B better, but I am on the fence about adding it to my collection. Maybe a few more listens will clear that up.

Side A: Timepiece is on the same way of Chameleon, quite experimental with a touch of melodic commercial trance. But it also has a distinctive goa sound with the typical kick very low in background and acidic lines building and evolving over it. The mastering is quite ok for the time it was, but overall they could equalize a bit better some lines that are really low in background & the melody is nice and simple but towards the end it gets more interesting.

Side B: Starts with a rant.. and therefore the name.. then a ghastly ghostly atmosphere begins.. with little melodies on the background. Bassline is quite interesting and varies all over, then we have this moment of pause with an atmosphere , some fxs and no base nor beat and a nice sample saying : "no one can know about this" & then tracks restart and evolve till the end. I think i like better side B than side A cause is a little more particular and has this feeling of mystery and magic.

        A nice EP
