Proper deep house on city dues, love the vocal snippet as well. Yeah agree with other comments it is a secret weapon for sure. Heard tracks that aren't as good as this sell for 10 times the prices here

Good stuff right here! Always was a fan of Hipp-E I seen him play out many many times in his early days before taking to producing/collaborating on some killer house tracks. Of the two tracks here City Dues is my favorite but both are solid.
