Notes

Dave Jackson, Hugh Banton and Guy Evans are 3 musicians from the legendary 1970s band Van Der Graaf Generator, who disbanded in 1975. From October 1984 to Summer 1985, Demi Monde arranged to take them to Foel Studio to let them see how it was to play together again. The album 'Gentlemen Prefer Blues' is the result of this meeting and was assembled from diverse sources : from completing unfinished archive recordings left in the vaults of Foel Studio, to new jam recordings as a trio.
Note that these recordings have often been taken out of their context and used in several compilations, sometimes deliberately mis-presented as VdGG tracks.
