The first time I heard "Suspicion" by Jason Blakemore was on an incredible DJ mix courtesy of Ricardo Villalobos, recorded at HR-XXL Clubnight in 2004. When this track came on, it completely blew my mind. It relies heavily on a crazy ambient sample from FSOL's "Omnipresence," but instead of a weird breakbeat track, Blakemore puts it over slow, deep techno, and adds a bassline to die for around the half way mark. I can't say anything except try to track down this rare and wonderful record. It's so dark, that it won't work in every set, but when you're ready to push your crowd over the edge into psychedelia, this is the one to pull out of the bag. 5/5.
