Tristania – World Of Glass

Bought blue vinyl reissue twice from different sellers(first time directly from floga records)
Both times came slightly warped (both records)
Seems like a factory problem.
Other than that sound guality is perfect..

Same problem with weedows weed reissue lp too

Very high quality publication. The sound quality and pressing are at the highest level.
But there are also small flaws. If you could not agree with the copyright holder about one of the songs - "The Modern End",
then you do not need to indicate it in the Credits. Also applies to bang photography, it is not in this publication.
My rating for the publication is 8 out of ten stars.

Yeah. This album like a fine wine only gets better with age. Between the blending of the many instruments, playing styles, and not to mention the wide variety of singers and vocal styles from metal grunting to choral this musically listens like a great tragic Italian Opera. And I never even heard of any native English speaker able to write lyrics that speak so directly to me.

Unfortunately this entire genre of music is deader than a Monty Python Norwegian Blue as of 2019 but I think this album stands the test of time better than any of the others made when it was still alive and kicking . Perhaps Gothic metal is only pining for the fjords of Stavanger but we'll always have our vinyl copies, all that PVC stuff isn't going anywhere for a thousand years.

Guess we can consider ourselves lucky to own this release of this Gothic metal masterpiece..... It does indeed include "The Modem End". Unsurpassed to this day, I find myself listening to it more than anything else in the genre.

Lucky to get one copy of this release after so many years, it sounds much better than 2018 reissue, dimentions so clear and plus 1 more bonus track, only sleeve looks a little simple.

Even though the bonus track "The Modern End" from Seigmen is mentioned on the back cover of the gatefold, is not included on the album. Pity..

Anyone interested,it has been reissued on vinyl along with Beyond The Veil from Floga Records a few days ago.

this album is a symphonic masterpiece , its one of the best albums ever made in this genre theatre of tragedy on a mad rush type sound ,,,amazing melodies and production

OMG! This is THE BEST album of Tristania and THE BEST gothic symphonic metal album EVER! There was only one Tristania's album released on vinyl and I'm so happy that it was exactly this album!!
THE BEST. EVER, EVER and FOREVER!!!
