'Let there be house' is with absolute certainty one of the best rave anthems of all time!- Edited 6 years ago

Sure, Let There Be House is a well-known classic and rightly so -- it has destroyed more than a few dancefloors, in its days.
The gem on this one is the breathtaking Plastic Body, Liquid Mind, though. With its nostalgic synth layer, plastic-flute melodies and bird-like tweetings alongside the typical Cherry Moon/Bonzai kickdrum of the era, it cemented the well-established Axel Stephenson as a trance-prodigy of a barbaric caliber.

When entering a local danceclub (now a sort of sportscafe) for the first time in my life this track was played by the dj.The sound totally blew my mind couse of the very sharp cutting hihats that were used combined with the very well known sample "let there be house (speech)" and the use of the uplifting sawlike synthlead later on....The mysterious reverbed bells also triggered an interest in this record.
When the break starts it will climb up to the climax of the record using the sawlike lead while the sample "let there be house" gains in volume. When the kick is set in with the bassline & lead the ingredients are complete for a dancefloor-mayhem.
Very fine typical belgian-style record.
