the sonics on this LP are spectacular. one of those albums that's a sacred event each time it's played. maybe not their best songs but as a complete album experience right there with their best.

This is not a Israeli pressing CD.
This is the same CD as this version: https://www.discogs.com/The-Young-Gods-Only-Heaven/release/1002823 with the word "Israel" in Hebrew which was printed by some slicky seller who wanted to make easy money on ebay.

this album capturing the band at the peak of their powers (both in studio and on stage, saw them live in 1996 and it was mindblowing, lifechanging experience) deserves a PROPER double LP release, this one is mastered too quiet and muffled, 25+ minutes of bass heavy rocking stuff and occasional ambient pieces per side is unacceptable, it should sound MASSIVE.
