I-f – The Man From PACK | 1999's standout album, courtesy of Ferenc, a multi-talented individual who I have admired since learning about electronic music, Den Haag/The Dutch scene and iconic tracks such as Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass. I-F has shaped my musical palette in the same way Irish, Australian & American electro producers have, those being DeFeKt, Jensen Interceptor & Drexciya.
Electro, for me, as a genre, wouldn't be made as beautiful as it is if it wasn't for the artists mentioned and Ferenc. Thank you for raising me on some of the best music our world has to offer. 🖤- Perfect bridge linking American Detroit techno sound and the Dutch Den Haag West Coast Electro sound. The Man From Pack ventures into a distopian dark future, as with other IF productions, the album delivers a well crafted experience that borders on experimentalism , and yet somehow maintains "groove" and a connection to electronic dance culture.

Incredibly deep album, that starts off with the vocoder driven groove of Secret Desire but quickly dives into deep, spaced out electronix. Very minmal rhythms, raw analogue bass, synths and effects make this typical westcoast electronix on one hand, but I-f takes all ingredients to create something completely unique. Not aimed at the dancefloor, but one to listen to in the dark. A soundtrack to a trip trough deep space. An album that takes electro into another dimension. One of my all time favourite records, without a doubt. - I'm a little bit disappointed after this fantastic album "Fucking Consumer" released a year ago but it's serious electro stuff again in the style of I-f. If you want more of this music you can check the US-label "Interdimensional Transmissions" where this output is originally released.
- I-F, one of the absolute masters of electro. The man from Pack is a sublime record with a lot of very good tracks. Dark, strange electro with fantastic sounds.
