Simply intoxicating progressive electronic/ambient music. No dance beats more like a Zawinul meets Eno in a chill lounge.No nod towards techno, IDM but there is a slight new age vibe which is fine by this listener. Oystein has a very deep and spiritual intuitive ability to focus on harmony melody and space. Yes for some reason the Norwegians i.e. Biosphere understand the use of not applying ever instrument in their midi arsenal to fill the complete audio field so as to allow the receiver i.e. you the listener to experience the subtlety of their craft. This is a gem of a release and aside from a few synth sound i.e. D50 sounds very contemporary in 2018.
