Great 12", but no screaming in Ego Trippin'... worst disappointment ever :(
Volume is pretty low on this pressing. Dope record. Just gotta crank it up
I have this promo release and inside there are two star shaped stickers, don't see a mention of this but looks like they came with the record

Fantastic 12" from De La. "Ego Trippin' (Part Three) (Egoristic Mix)" is one of the best things Pos and Dove have ever rhymed on; completely different lyrics than on "Part Two". Creative, assured, energetic. If you're a De La fan and haven't heard it before, you'd best get on that. The other mixes are great, too, though the "Gumbo Funk Remix" has lost some of its luster over the years, the funk sounds dated. The flute on the "LA Jay Remix" is very welcome, makes it airy and light on top. "Lovely How I Let My Mind Float" with the Biz is worthwhile, as well, but is available elsewhere.
