This is a somewhat strange compilation, using three unreleased later session outtakes by The Small Faces even though there is no involvement of Rod Stewart here. Tracks A2 and A5 have their titles misspelt and both are wrongly credited as written by Rod Stewart.

Don't bother with this cd. Almost all tracks are faded in and prematurely faded out. The Italian Joker lp has all tracks in full length

Two rare Small Faces tracks on this gray area release. Wide Eyed Girl is the rare full length mellotron mix. AFAIK it has only appeared elsewhere on the 2 lp Small Faces comp 'Big Music' (US Compleat) but in inferior sound. The other unique rarity is mistitled Red Balloon which is an alternate and very different stereo mix of 'The Universal' AFAIK not available elsewhere.
