1. "Headcrack, Pt. 1 (Music For 4 Guitars)" - A rough version first appeared on the Raped By Four Valentine's Day split cassette as "Lung Suite 7". Appeared afterwards on Headcrack. This version is a new mix. Appeared later on Songs From the Vault.
2. "Letters to the Life Cycle (Part 1)" - Appeared earlier on Headcrack and Core. Appeared later on Songs from the Vault.
3. "Vocal Chant No. 1" - Appeared earlier on Headcrack. This version is a new mix. Appeared later on Songs From the Vault.
4. "Moonshards" - Appeared earlier on Headcrack, but an earlier mix which is mostly mono. This new version also appeared as the first part of "Firelight (Parts 1 & 2)" on Hog Floor (a Fractured View), and later appeared on Songs From the Vault.
5. "Inland 2" - Appeared earlier on Curd. This version is a new mix which was also used on the Curd CD reissue.
6. "The Peacock (Music For 4 Guitars)" - Appeared earlier on Music From the Scourging Ground. This version is a new mix which was also used on the MFTSG CD. Also appeared on Songs From the Ashes.
7. "The Vigil" - Appeared earlier on Music For Gilded Chambers. Also appeared on Songs From the Ashes.
8. "Firelight" - Appeared earlier on the Head Chalk cassette. This version fades in slower and fades out about a minute earlier. Also appeared earlier on Headcrack. Also appeared as the second part of "Firelight (Parts 1 & 2)" on Hog Floor. Appeared later on Songs From the Vault with a non-faded intro.
9. "Red Stigmata" - Appeared earlier on Songs From the Drain. This track is a rework of Wall of China Love Letter with vocals and lyrics added.
10. "Bright Shadows" - Appeared earlier on Music From the Scourging Ground. This version is a new mix which was also used on the MFTSG CD.
11. "Music For Last Words" - First appeared as "Untitled" on Head Chalk. Also appeared on Core. This version is a new mix.
12. "A Hollow Grave" - Also appears on the Hog Floor compilation, although its title on Hog Floor is "Black Sands". It is listed both here and on Hog Floor as an unreleased track; it's hard to say which came first.
13. "Byways" - Appeared first on Music For Gilded Chambers. This is a new mix.
14. "Headcrack Pt. 2" - Appeared first on Headcrack, although this version is longer and contains some different musical elements. This version also appears later on Songs From the Vault.
15. "After the Rain" - Appeared first on the Head Chalk cassette as "After Rain (Remix)". Also appeared on Between Tides. This version is a new mix. Appeared later on Inanition disc 2.
