Judging by the runouts, it looks like this uses the same cut as the original UK LP... and they have just added their own MOV catalogue information to the original runouts. If anyone has an original copy and the reissue, it would be good to check if the writing is, in fact, the exact same print. I also read somewhere that this sounds almost exactly like the original press, so this would make sense.

So I actually just got to take a listen to an original Pressing, and the cut is, indeed, the exact same. This is clearly the better pressing, as it boasts very quiet vinyl while still having the authentic & fantastic mastering as the first press. Recommended.

Mine looks the same. I have uploaded the cover. So everyone can look to it.

I recently picked up the UK pressing of this album (release date 2000) with the same Matrix / Runout codes and same barcode but graphically the album cover has the giant "Sade Lovers Rock" font on the album cover. Everything else matches up. Could this cover be a second printing?

Probably a repress from the early to mid 2000s. The copyright date printed on the release is not relevant as it will always show the original year. Represses / reissues can have identical runouts if masters/stampers were reused.
