The album title exactly describes what to expect - Doctor Lew Childre gathered three of his musician friends (Cowboy Copas on Flattop Guitar, Josh Graves on Dobro and Junior Huskey on Bass) for a live-in-studio performance. Lew Childre was deeply rooted in the old Vaudeville tradition and had quite a career as radio and live performer. Here he does what he is best known for - singing old songs, telling stories and jokes and playing his hounddog guitar. Good mood guaranteed for those who dig the oldtime stuff.
