Very nice repress. It was the only album I missed out of the Japanese wizard, and this clear version it’s the perfect addition to my collection. It sounds pretty good, retaining the wide dynamics and glorious details that are hidden in these tracks, and it’s an extra point to hear the three First Plate tracks as taken directly from the acetate, and hence showing the characteristic surface noise in the background.

In my copy, the first vinyl shows a little red bursts spread over some parts of the surface, whereas the second wax has some white spots (much less appreciable, though).

By the way, it’s still available via Boomkat as of December 30. ;)
