A bit of commercial New Beat but B1 is not so bad :)

This track is a crossover between new beat, acid house and an emerging European techno.
Yelling Plastiiic instead of aciiid is humoristic.It's an habit for most of the new beat records from the French speaking part of Belgium.
The "VDB mix" is scattered with speaches samples of Paul Van Den Boeynans just like in "Qui?.." and "Van Den Beat".
The synth overtones of this record didn't sound like other new beat tracks.
It's not that underground, but it deserve a listen.referencing Slave To The Beat (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) ARS 3726
Plastic Bertrand known for his punk cult hit "ca plâne pour moi" is at the time of the release of "slave to the beat" supported, or actually 'dressed', by Walter Van Beirendonck, the Antwerp based fashion guru with affection for fluorescent colors - always remeniscent of the new beat age.
