Reviews
- Back listening to this again and felt compelled once again to write another review. Have bought at least 12 compilations since the last review and again this beats them all hands down.
I’m a massive fan of DJ Shadow’s Entroducing and years ago whilst trying to find similar music Amazon recommended this to me (probably as he’s from the Bay Area I think), bought it on CD and instantly loved it. When getting into buying vinyl my local record store put a post up of fresh second hand vinyl they had in and this was one of the photos - couldn’t believe it, and was willing to pay anything really to get it on vinyl - think it cost me a paltry £16. Best £16 I’ve ever spent, and still one of my most played records. A truly brilliant selection that everyone should own. - I absolutely love this release - it’s probably my favourite compilation of all time and have had it for years - does anyone know of any similar releases that are equally as joyous?
