- Edited 4 years agoi noticed there are no notes saying Y1 also samples snippets from london posses - money mad .. whole ep is class, well put together with great use of samples and breaks .. happy to have in the collection .. my fave off the EP being "The Don Of Babylon". .. although "Mixrace Outta Hand" seemed to have the most rotation BITD ..
Another true classic on the legendary Moving Shadow label! All about the X side for me!
Quality breaks, samples and all round composition on this EP from two lords of the scene. Paradox & Trax launching the necessary beats & flavas!
Edited 10 years agoMixrace Outta Hand sample " What is going on and why are you being so nice" can be heard on the film starring Eddie Murphy " Coming To America" which i've just noticed someone has put in the notes above!!- Very underrated EP; should've gotten more recognition (although I'm pretty sure the first track was on quite a few mixtapes, at least).
