Queens Of The Stone Age – Villains

Just tested this out on my own. Sound quality is about the same as the deluxe pallas pressing. They both have some noise in similar spots after cleaning (may run another one on this) but yeah I didn't notice any diff in sound. It sounds pretty good.

Beautiful, high sound quality, zero warp, zero surface noise. Everything I'm looking for in a ltd/special edition.

No complaints whatsoever. Looks/sounds perfect. I’ve yet to own a QOTSA vinyl that’s not a joy to spin. Wish other artists/record labels would take note!

It says "Pressing plant and lacquer cut by credit derived from matrix info.", but yet there's no pressing plant listed. Lol.. wth

Hmm.. Pretty sure this is a worldwide indie release, as my local record store in the US had this version and they never really have import albums, so this has to be worldwide.

I haven't ever bought an LP of the same album twice (it'll happen some time down the road for sure), but it's hard for me to decide between the newer copies of this and ...LC coming out in December, and the original deluxe ones (or both).

I have the original deluxe package vinyl and this version sounds "flat" and I have to turn up the volume compared to original pressing... Other than that cover and slip sleeve are OK

My copy sounds great, haven't listened to it all yet though.

How do you tell if it's a US or EU press? Got mine from ebay in Australia sealed and managed to get a feint scratch on it with the carbon brush :(

SOUNDS AMAZING

I've always struggled to find decent pressings of Kyuss and QOTSA, however, this deluxe pressing is legit and really brings this sometimes overlooked album to life. Really happy to have this ins my collection!

Bought from Amazon a few days back and wanted to get the OG before the repress hit the shelves. The pressing and packaging are next level :)
