The Kooks – Inside In / Inside Out

Sadly I got 2 copies of the album in mine (i.e. I didn't get the b-sides and outtakes disc). Happen to anyone else?

Really decent job with this release, it's remastered very well and sounds great. I did have the 2016 / 17 version a while back, but sold it as it was too poor quality. This is great, well done!! :)

another BS sell to drive price up.... selling for 30 quid and then one goes for 500+... Discogs needs too sort this.. Maybe have the last 50 records sold for average price??? not last 10

The version that I have is 180 gram or thicker.

Comparing to the original, this is a stellar improvement! Vocals are clearer, instrumentation is more separated, more bass but not over the top. Songs like 'you don't love me' were just a mess before. Now the instruments don't get muddied in the busiest parts. Pretty low noise floor too

Nice set. I think it sounds good but there is some inner groove distortion, I noticed it the most on A7 She Moves in Her Own Way which is a bummer because it's one of my favorite cuts on the album. Overall it's still worth getting but I wish they had gone to three discs to prevent the inner groove issues.
