Boz Scaggs – Hits!

Very good album. Love the guitar and the sultry vocals. “Lowdown” was probably my favorite song.

Boz Scaggs’s radio friendly hits of mellow groovers guaranteed to fill the dance floor of your next soft rock party plus various solid highlights from his '70s run. Pity about the lame packaging & I bet he’s regretting that pink jacket.
Gets the job (well) done.

I picked up this album for just $5 at an opportunity shop, and it turned out to be a steal. The record is in very good condition, though the cover shows some water marks and sticker damage.

The song selection is fantastic. "Lido Shuffle" has shades of Billy Joel’s style, while "We’re All Alone" evokes memories of Whitney Houston’s "One Moment In Time."

My favorite track is "Lowdown," closely followed by "Jojo." This album is a must-have for any music lover.

This is the closest listing that matches my CD with the DIDP code having no starting "0" either in the matrix or printed on the label, even though the photo of the CD in this listing does have the "0" on the DIDP printed on the CD label. The matrix on my CD is "DIDP-20248 21A10"

I don’t have an original for comparison, but it’s definitely a very nice pressing, with a warm analogue sound. Mastering is exceptional compared to the OG Japan pressing, as well as original album cuts. Wonderful soundstage, and the recordings benefits from being spread out over two discs. Artwork though is woeful - replica cover is a very washed-out image of Scaggs.

Pleasantly surprised at how good this sounds. You won't be disappointed!

I'm happy with the compilation, sound quality is very nice! Never appreciated Boz Scaggs much in the early days, but I like the best of here. Great musicality, catchy sounds and fun to listen to on vinyl with the classic vinyl beauty!

"It's Over" is a very nice addition to the expanded edition. However, still missing the classic "Georgia". I see this vinyl release is mirroring the expanded CD edition from 2006. Too bad.
