Just listening to "unity" now damn! What a choon it would've been if there was a stripped down version no singing, no Billy b I think it would've been a monster! - Edited 4 years agoDefinitely one of the top ten releases of that era, a must have, 'The Real Hardcore' is one of my faves..
- Edited 5 years agoThis is the one, need your lovin - the proper mix and he never lost his hardcore and not to forget get funky in the place all at a bargain price, buy buy buy

Don't agree with Atomiccow the version of reel hardcore is bloody excellent on this 12 and for me the lack of piano does the tune a massive favour.. The uplifting Korgis sample is more than enough hands in the air moment without any extra ;) making it deeper and harder and bursting with energy ! An intense ride !! - Another totally under rated EP of the early hardcore days. Will play every so often to keep me sane in this insane world.
- Edited 9 years agoIve got the same record with the same arrangement of tunes/sleeve as mentioned by the submitter , only my label states on both sides the same tracks
A1 I Need Your Love (Real Hardcore Mix)
A2 Feel The Fury (Piano Remix)
This must be a Mis Print because I also own the original version - any one else have this as well ? ill submit it soon - - Edited 12 years ago

"across the dessert lies the promised land", banging willy wonka sample. Love the "Terminator" sound track sample too innit!!! referencing Feel The Fury E.P. (12", 33 ⅓ RPM, EP) TUV 25
A1 and A2 appear in remixed form on Chill 25R, the "Feel The Fury Remix EP" and those versions are better. The versions here don't have as much piano and are a bit more techno-ey. No, the reason to get this record is B2, "Promised Land". Neil Rumney has a real talent for sampling children's movies (see also the Mary Poppins sampling "The Power Within" released under the Liquid Crystal moniker). Here he craftily uses the Oompa Loompas from "Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory" but not the bit you would think. He sprinkles in a bunch of other samples, some fast-paced breaks and a nice bassline and achieves a very fun but not cheesy, hyper hardcore track.- Just bought this and what a bargain it is. Track A1 is one of (if not the best) tunes to sample the famous 'everybodys gotta learn sometime' tune by 'the korgis'. The 'real hardcore mix' on this release is not actually too hardcore, just a beautiful piano/breaks/vocal tune that wipes the floor with the baby d version. Tracks A2 and B1 are both above average versions of other NRG tunes, and will get played a lot if you get hold of this ep.
Track B2 is my favourite. The 'get funky in the place' / 'mozart remix' is a great tune to start a set, as the tune starts with the beautiful mozart piano solo, which is joined by a breakbeat after a few bars, then the track builds nicely allowing you to mix into it, superb !
