Great to have this on wax finally. Man this is a utterly brutal listen! My favorite thing from Devourment. The record has lo fi sound quality with plenty of distortion and ugly noises that really add to the demo quality. This makes the demo really come to life. Sound quality is much more chaotic and distorted than you would get with streaming or a cd. But in this case it does not hurt the release at all. It really sounds like your speakers are having a mental breakdown when spinning this behemoth. All I could think of while listening to it is that it is ear rape in the best possible way, and does it slam? Of course it slams.referencing Impaled (Cassette, Promo, red) none
