- Edited 2 months agoFinally picked up a copy and a reminder of what a seminal album this is.
Takes in electronics of yesterday and tomorrow, spits out pop in the year 2050.
Up there with any seminal electronic album of the time you care to mention. - Does anyone know wth farbiglas vinyl is? Or can someone with the record confirm what it’s made from? I’m crossing my fingers it doesn’t mean clear vinyl lol
- Edited 8 months agoVery good pressing for me, loud as possible with no clicks or pops, no lack of bass but an amount of low end very thight, as a part of their organic sound, I'm curious to know how they achieve that analogue/12 bits color.

This whole collective (UR/Drexciya/Dopplereffekt etc) has a very strange political outlook. A mixture of leftie activism and fascist language/imagery. It could all be ironic, of course, but in this day and age who the fuck knows! Dope music though.referencing Gesamtkunstwerk (CD, Compilation) EFA 29532-2
The title track apparently was unreleased until this compilation. That's probably my favorite track here.- As there is a discussion about the pressing quality in other reviews below, I'd like to clarify my opinion about this. Although this album is a must have in my collection, the clone pressing has a really dull bass. When mixing tracks of this album with other records I have, I have to put way more bass in my mixing to compete with the other track I'm mixing. And even then, I still don't have a clear bass sound. This really disappoints me. In my view, this record really is okay to listen to, but when mixing you're missing way too much sound on the lows.
- Sounds really great and artwork is perfect. I really don't get what is the problem that other people mention here.
