The crispiest of crispy pressing! The clarity and dynamics on this 20th anniversary pressing is insane. I have the previous repress and this sounds ten times better.

Holy sh*t. Does anyone know if they remastered this again after the 15th anniversary version? Or is this one just cut that much better or what cuz hot damn I thought the 15th anniversary press sounded great but this one’s even better. Super glad I pre-ordered one cuz that price now suuuuuucks. Wait it out guys, it’ll go back down.

Black and red swirl looks amazing. Overall very quiet album surface nice wise. Vocals and guitars sound great. Drums are a little flat sounding and not much low end. Could be just how it was recorded. It's Lamb of God so it sounds great regardless. Pretty sure it's sold out already so glad I picked it up early.

I just bought this record from a bookstore in Tianjin for $40. It's already 2024. Was this price a steal?

Mastering on this release is a bit different among my collection. I’ll agree with other commenters that it does sound very “lossless” cd, but there is some additional touch here on low end vs mid/high. This pressing has deep grooves, allowing a lot of the mid/high range a more genuine LOG sound (where the two ranges are very intertwined) but does something a bit more special with the low end. The low end separation on this press really allows you to crank that organic sound without too much bias, and I think that slight touch makes this vinyl a real blast to the past while still sounding exactly what I’d expect on a higher end modern setup. Would have loved to see a bit more attention at other ranges, but regardless this sits happily in my collection.

With the ridiculous amount the labels are charging for records these days you’d think they could include a higher grade poly-lined inner sleeve instead of the extremely cheap quality generic white paper inner with the hole in the center. Guaranteed scuffing.
