Honestly, this LP is quiet AF - Had to crank the preamp. Sounds pretty good, though. Mastered at BG's studio, but not by him. Also, quieter spots are filled with pops and clicks, unfortunately. Should have been afforded the space of 2 LPs, IMO - This was pressed at the beginning of the vinyl resurgence, however - Not a lot of demand for vinyl in 2009, but skyrocketed after that point.

I have this album autographed in 2 separate places, by three of the four - Randy Blythe was not present - when I got to meet these guys at Best Buy, in Roseville, MN.

This Music on Vinyl version sounds exactly like how you'd expect if you own other MOV records. Crisp, clear, quiet, loud, in other words, perfect. I've never had any quality issues with MOV records, they've always been some of the best sounding records I own. Long story short, if you don't own Wrath, this is a great versions to have!

That being said, I got the Lamb of God Hourglass box set a few weeks after I bought the MOV Wrath. The Hourglass box set includes all albums from the first Burn the Priest album through Wrath. After doing a few play tests of both albums back to back, I honestly didn't notice any difference in sound. The MOV might have been a touch louder overall, but pretty identical. Just an FYI in case you have the Houglass box set.

Wow kick was album. Well worth owning for old and new fans.

Mother FN Genius - The arrangements! The lyrics! Everything! Every single damn song is Gauran-FN-Teed to deep seed itself into every aching fiber of your adrenaline addicted being, giving you a Bonafide Adrenaline Boner! Lamb of God really overworked and outdid themselves with this release. I expected something different and pumped, and once again, they delivered it!

WARNING!! Be very careful because you just might wind up with whiplash from violenlty headbanging to the beautifully melded shredding changeups in their arrangements!
