The ghostly choir voice in the intro was taken off the 2003 Additive release.- Edited 9 months ago

One of my Top 5 Desert Island tracks, have enjoyed this on the regular ever since first hearing it in the clubs way back in the mid-90s, absolutely trolleyed along with hundreds of others and being blown away. From the rolling, evolving sounds, to the classic piano house riffs to the light, twisted ethereal vocals that give way to a harder, more driven vocal that eventually blends back in with the original vocals whilst the aural tension rises, culminating into the track's peak and eventual release. Ahead of its time and in hindsight, set the stage for what was to come across the clubs and parties during the late 90's. Pure fucking bliss... referencing Moods (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) 12 STR 59
I've never understood why Stress has never released the "Moods (Desert Dub)" in a digital download or made it available in a format other than the vinyl release.referencing Moods (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) 12 STR 59
November 1995. Arbroath. Its 1am in the legendary Rhumba club. 1400 sweaty lunatics. Dave Seaman plays the club mix then the dub mix, closely followed by justin garrett-" must be the music " and he had the whole club under his spell. These records for me,are highlights of that mid 90's sometimes dull, trancey, epicy scene- Edited 5 years ago

Greatness is here with this track. It is a pleasure to hear such a track, it has worn well throughout the years from when I first heard it. Still can pump in any club and get the heads jumpin'....

What a track! Trancey, housey, and a nice progressive undertone!!referencing Moods (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) 12 STR 59
Anyone know the vocal sample "just get on up" or "get on up"referencing Moods (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) 12 STR 59
Like Age Of Love's Age Of Love this is one of those truly classy trance-esque records. it is epic and progressive but is deep and uplifting in an emotional way. It sounds sounds classy and cool now and has dated well. I first heard it on Nick Warren's essential mix from 1995 and rushed straight out and pre-ordered a copy.referencing Moods (12", 33 ⅓ RPM) 12 STR 59
A brilliant little known progressive classic.
