MGMT – Little Dark Age

My pressing sounds amazing. Record is punchy and dynamic. Clean pressing too. I really love the packaging as well. Everything is high quality.

This is one of those pressings that helps me really love an album that I enjoyed already. It's so dynamic and punchy I don't even mind the frequent disk flipping.

Sounds incredible, just drifts you away with sonic landscapes. Unbelievable pressing, and such good music.

Absolutely ridiculous that Ben and Andrew put this on two vinyls.

My copy of this is completely thrashed on Disc 1, mostly on side B. Looks like something was pressed into the grooves when it was still warm, and rendered all of side B and most of side A completely unlistenable. Strangely, Disc 2 is fine and sounds great.

This was made for a great vinyl setup. I’m shocked at the production and sound stage. If you can find a clean copy its great. Comes in a a terrible paper sleeve and not the most centered or flat. Tried multiple sources until i got lucky. MGMT vinyls seem to have bad quality control but I’d say this album is worth the effort. I have a very eclectic collection of some of the best pressings and This was a surprise for sure. Buy it even if you’re not a fan of the band n want a great vinyl to show off your system.

Definitely their best sounding album on vinyl. The fuzziness present with the Congratulations pressing I also reviewed is here but increased tenfold, and it sounds glorious. Once again, the decision to split this up onto 2 records payed off in dividends. A must-buy

This is quality, you can tell by the vinyl. And the label, just like the Oracular Spectacular repressed. Vinyl is immaculate and heavy.
