Why does Walter look like he's vanishing like Marty and his bro and sis in the picture in Back to the Future?

This is getting repressed for Summer 2022. Hopefully not on only purple vinyl.

I have the '77 Lost Mixes LP. While that's a major improvement from the OG faulty mix, my digital copy of the 2021 found masters is worlds ahead of the "lost mixes" edition. The 2021 found masters mix and master is coherent, and it reflects the intended presentation of the band and producers. Can't wait for the repress this summer.

Are the Lost 77’ mixes included in this definitive edition?

I bought a UK copy of this release with a very strange label on the A-Side, B-Side is right label. Just a white label with some T letters.
Anyone know anything about this?

Here’s a picture of it: https://img.discogs.com/e_Vsj1T0-pe4pFBpY_8i9FwF_R8=/fit-in/600x600/filters:strip_icc():format(jpeg):mode_rgb():quality(90)/discogs-images/R-6904458-1638465314-1697.jpeg.jpg

this is a phenomenal sounding and the best ever cd reissue of disc #1 to date, after 45 years THEY FINALLY GOT THE RIGHT TAPES!!!!!!!!!!!! these 77 masters sound amazing on cd finally, as for disc #2 and all the great 76/77 demos they still pretty much sound the same from other releases but you want this for disc #1!! this also comes with a killer 32 page book, also this comes in a hard book cover style case wich is great!!!! this was one of the last records ever released by the whos track records in 1977 before they went under............i got the lp for rsd last june but as always i feel you get more bang for your buck when you get all this great bonus stuff on bonus discs like this set gives you, the discs where pressed in poland & the rest in the uk......the only other cd version that is almost this good is the jungle 4 cd release from 2012 with the buttons and all as that is loaded w/ heartbreakers rehersals , demos and live stuff from 75/76 w/ richard hell............

Just got my 1st orig copy of this..Ex vinyl..maybe a few plays.
I've always known about the lore surrounding the infamous 'muddy mix.
Very interesting finally hearing it.
That guitar line in 'going steady' while JT says 'if i want it...if you're worth it..was something I had not heard before.
Really upfront position guitar part in the original mix there.
It really is inconsistent as a whole album production wise where some songs sound much better than others.
I now understand why they were so unhappy w it and why Nolan actually quit the band over it.(the shitty sound)
They had the songs and performances it just didnt translate on wax.
Glad to be able to finally hear it for sure.

I did end up getting a copy from Germany...but the dealer ignored my shipping/ packing pleas...it came in a square box( death right there and only one cardboard padding sheet)..Luckily the Cover was not damaged( slightest bump)..but the inner sleeve is damaged on 2 corners and LP disc outlined....ya know it's a pain to return an LP overseas....so I'm eating it( minus a $10 refund fee I requested..honored..not quite fixing the issue but now look at the prices? So..I'll be lucky to recoup if I ever sell...happy to have and a PayPal dispute helps no one here( overseas)...only time this has happend overseas... I get pretty descriptive with my .shipping requirements( and will pay extra)..figures as this is HTF..none I have seen USA side offered.

Sounds better than any sort of "remaster" or "remix" but pound for pound I prefer the UK cassette and Italian LP. The vocals are often stronger and more up front on this reissue but the music was scaled back to achieve it at least it sounds such to me.
