One of my favorite records I own. A good pressing, but I especially just love the songs! "Lonely Rolling Star" makes me tear up every time.

Katamari Damacy is a PS2 video game loved by many for it's fun gameplay, silly story, colorful visuals, and more. However, the game's soundtrack is one of the biggest reasons as to why the game is very beloved. The catchy, upbeat, Shibuya-Kei styled music in this album makes this without a doubt one of the best soundtracks to ever come from a video game. The entire album is top notch from beginning to end, as listening to one song makes you want to listen to the rest. There's energetic music throughout the soundtrack that perfectly fits the tone of the game, and it ends off with a powerful emotional credits theme. Even if you don't understand Japanese or even play video games, this album is one that you have to check out.

one of Mondo’s best releases. Sounds fantastic, mastering is superb, and it looks great. The inner sleeves are fussy getting put away, but that’s a small nitpick.

adorable little record pressing that also sounds great. the art is pretty wonderful and i have almost* no issues with it.

*i love the inner sleeves, but the corners ended up bunching up and getting all folded when my copy got delivered. i just had to stick them under some books for a while and they flattened out, though

This sounds great and the cover art is beautiful. The plastic pouches for the records are duuummmbbb and the most baffling thing in this release.

Thanks MONDO for the repress. Absolutely essential VGM soundtrack and the vinyl sounds great. Not a huge fan of the plastic inner sleeves because they bunch up the gatefold but that’s quibbling

I haven't heard this soundtrack in years, since playing the game on PS2, I forgot how nice it is.
Got this vinyl while Mondo had 'Free International Shipping Week', and they send me 1st pressing instead of second - but I didn't compain ;)
