I've got a variant with the following matrix numbers:

Matrix / Runout (Side A): VD 2506 A3
Matrix / Runout (Side B): VD-2506. B-3
Matrix / Runout (Side C): VD 2506 C3
Matrix / Runout (Side D): VD-2506 D3 TOWNHOUSE

Anyone recognize these?

Is it first press? I have this press and i can't find info that is first.

A decent album, just need to fast forward the first half of Coldwater Canyon where Edgar wields his axe.

Not a 1977 release! The same matrix number and date as on embossed RTB logo cover released 1978!

This pressing, if you can find a clean copy, is mastered for vinyl by George Piros...it is my favorite over either the UK or German 1st pressings. While they may be lower noise, the soundstage and dynamics on the US version are wonderful. Problem is finding a really quiet copy, but if you are lucky, it's a treat.

I confirm : the sound quality of this 1995 edition is not good at all.
I compared this SBM (what a joke) remaster with a first edition CD (1985 virgin).
The 1985 CD have much more bass and largest stereo image.
It's a shame for the sound engineers involved in the 1995 edition.

Note that you will never ever find a copy playing without noise. These Sonopress pressings are always playing with some crackling, even when NM or new. Love it or leave it.

Tangerine dream decide to record a live album in the USA...bad idea!
Whooping and whistling from the crowd all the way through ruin a ambient experience that would have been.
